July 28, 2017 -- Scott McCullough secured dismissal of lawsuit against a Memphis business owner in alleged electrocution accident.

Plaintff alleged that he was electrocuted while on the job, in part due to the negligence of the firm's client, the property owner near the incident in question.  The trial court granted McCullough's Motion to Dismiss, agreeing that the Plaintiff's failure to add the firm's client to the lawsuit in a timely fashion barred the Plaintiff from recovering against the firm's client.  The Court agreed with McCullough's arguments as to why Plaintiff's offered reasons for the delay were not legally sufficient to maintain the case against the firm's client, and accordingly, granted McCullough's Motion to Dismiss.
