An honors graduate of Lambuth University and Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, Berry has completed numerous jury trials as lead counsel, and negotiated countless multi-million dollar settlements for his clients.

His areas of practice concentration include product liability, pharmaceutical litigation, wrongful death lawsuits, 18-Wheeler and auto accidents, healthcare liability and other personal injuries.

Berry is enrolled to practice in all Tennessee courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by both the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Tennessee Commission of Specialization.  Berry's professional organization involvement also includes his designation as a sustaining member of the Board of Governors of the Tennessee Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.

Berry is a fellow of the Memphis Bar Foundation, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has served on the Board of Governors of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association.  He has been listed on Super Lawyers (a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement) since 2008, and he is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the united States.
